Armor lost in switching - Guild Wars Forums

I switched my armor set during a PvE mission, and when I switched back, my origional gloves were missing. Not in inventory. I am sure I did not destroy them. Any ideas on how this could happen? I am reluctant to do any more armor switching now. Thnx for any input.

My bet is that its in a bag you aren't seeing. try "I" to show all your bags and check your screen resolution... on my laptop I 'lose' the two bottom most equipment bags. Good luck! I'm sure they are in there somewhere

That is good advice from Lily, she is an expert at finding things in her storage chest, amongst the junk and I am not going to mention her sense off direction.
Your gloves must be in your invent somewhere! Are they black gloves? Black in colour items can be hard to spot in the black invent background. I have also thought I have lost an item before and then found in the black background Check again! I am sure you have not found a new bug. Good luck!

If you are using KSMod there's a possibility that the icon disappeared from your inventory, but the item is still there. It's a bug with KSMod. So if you are using this mod, just mouse over all inventory spaces until you see a popup window with your item.

Thnx to Lily and Ritchie and Dz.....looks like when I got my extra armor set from storage, I changed gloves directly, so the ones I thought were missing were in storage...and yes, they are black and hard to see.
This is what I get for trying to play before I have my morning coffee.
